Terms & Conditions
Terms for commercial and non-commercial cargo from the UAE to Pakistan by air or sea.
1. Agreement and service role
These Terms apply when you request a quote, make a booking, hand over cargo, or use our website. UAE Pakistan Cargo may arrange pickup, packing, freight, clearance support, and delivery through airlines, shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs brokers, warehouses, and local delivery partners. Their carriage conditions may also apply.
2. Quotes and bookings
Quotes are based on the information supplied and are subject to confirmation, space, cargo acceptance, screening, and documentation. Charges may change if actual weight, dimensions, contents, route, carrier charges, surcharges, currency, duties, taxes, storage, inspection, or other costs differ from the quote assumptions.
3. Your responsibilities
You must provide complete, correct, and lawful shipment, value, sender, receiver, and contact information. You must pack and label cargo safely, obtain needed documents or permissions, and pay agreed charges. You confirm that cargo is not prohibited, restricted, dangerous, counterfeit, illegal, perishable, or misdeclared.
4. Inspection, refusal, and delay
We and our service partners may inspect, screen, weigh, measure, hold, refuse, return, dispose of, or report cargo where reasonably needed for safety, security, legal compliance, suspected misdeclaration, or unpaid amounts. Delivery and transit times are estimates only; weather, carrier schedules, customs, port congestion, inspections, strikes, or other events may cause delay.
5. Charges and payment
Unless agreed in writing, charges are payable before cargo release or delivery. You are responsible for freight charges, duties, taxes, storage, demurrage, detention, inspection, return, disposal, and other cargo-related costs. Where permitted, cargo or documents may be held until overdue sums are paid.
6. Claims and insurance
Inspect cargo at delivery and promptly report visible loss or damage with the booking reference, delivery record, photographs, itemised contents, and proof of value. A claim is not an automatic refund and is assessed under the applicable service and carrier terms. Standard freight charges do not automatically include cargo insurance; ask us before booking about insurance or declared-value options.
